About Our Speaker

As a mother of four teenage sons, a business owner with 70 employees and a practicing Clinical and Forensic Psychologist, Tarnya has both professional and lived experience of juggling acts.

With 30 years clinical experience, Tarnya has been the director of NewPsych Psychologists for 25 years. She leads a team of clinicians and support staff committed to evidence-based best practice interventions for individuals, families, teams, and organisations.   

NewPsych is the chosen EAP provider for many businesses across NSW and Australia, with clients of all sizes and industries, such as Hunter Water, the University of Newcastle, Yancoal, Whitehaven Coal, Glencore, Bloomfield and multiple local councils across the state.
