As General Manager of 1000 Feet Deep, a leadership, team and culture development company; she blends strategic thinking with operational excellence to help individuals and teams lead with clarity, confidence, and connection.

Her career spans leadership roles in accounting, allied health, and fitness, where she’s known for building high-performing teams, refining systems, and delivering exceptional client experiences. Betsy has led initiatives that doubled client return visits, automated payment systems, and achieved record-breaking revenues.

She’s passionate about creating meaningful change through smart systems and compassionate leadership. Her approach is grounded in data-led decision-making, cross-functional collaboration, and a deep commitment to team development and customer satisfaction.

Betsy holds qualifications in Project and Change Management, NLP, and Sales Mastery, alongside a Bachelor of Applied Science from the University of Sydney.
