As a Senior Manager at Regional Australia Bank, I combine strategic insight with a human approach. My career spans over three decades in leadership and change management, guiding large teams and businesses through transformation with empathy, resilience, and practical know-how. I’ve built a reputation for lifting team culture and performance through mentoring, coaching, and creating strong, supportive environments. My personal growth included being a part of the GenCollective committee in its early days to which I am grateful for the experience and friendships built.

I love solving complex problems, navigating change, and empowering others to succeed — whether that’s a colleague, a customer, or a fellow leader. My approach is grounded in collaboration and communication, and I thrive when working with people from all walks of life.
