Paige Carter is the founder of Pac Planning, a Newcastle-based town planning and development consultancy supporting local businesses through the development process. With more than a decade of experience across state government, local government and private consultancy, she has built her business on clear communication, collaboration and a practical, solutions-focused approach. 

After years working in government organisations, Paige launched Pac Planning to create a more personalised, people-driven service model. One that prioritises relationships just as much as technical outcomes. Today, she partners closely with architects, builders and small business owners across the Hunter region, helping them move confidently through complex projects while keeping the process simple and stress-free.

Beyond business, Paige is involved in the community and currently serves as Secretary of the Hunter Melanoma Foundation, supporting local awareness and fundraising initiatives.

Paige is also a mum to a beautiful nine month old daughter and a much loved Weimaraner, balancing motherhood, business ownership and community work with strong coffee and a great support network. She is passionate about women in business, meaningful connections and building careers that align with values, purpose and lifestyle.
