Sarah Campbell
ESD Consultant and Director of Studio Terra Consulting.
Sarah is the Founder of Studio Terra, a consultancy that helps architects, builders and developers keep projects moving with clear, efficient sustainability compliance. She specialises in proactive BASIX, NatHERS and Section J assessments that support design intent and prevent delays during the approvals process.
With a background in planning, certification and project management, Sarah understands how easily overlooked details can escalate into costly setbacks. This experience underpins her practical, solutions-focused approach, where collaboration and early intervention are central to achieving strong thermal performance outcomes.
Sarah is a member of Design Matters National and an accredited NatHERS Assessor. She stays ahead of regulatory changes and translates technical requirements into actionable recommendations that add value beyond compliance.
Alongside her consulting work, Sarah is completing an MBA to strengthen the strategic capability of Studio Terra and support clients as sustainability expectations evolve across the construction industry.
Studio Terra exists to make compliance an early design advantage rather than a late-stage obstacle. Sarah’s commitment is to deliver assessments that reduce risk, improve performance, and provide design teams with the clarity they need to progress with confidence.
