Tash Miller
Business Designer & Performance Strategist
Before business, Tash Miller built her career in high-pressure environments on the front line of Policing and in criminal Prosecution where emotional regulation, clear communication, and decision-making directly determined outcomes. In those roles, she learned a lesson that would shape everything that followed: when people are stretched, dysregulated, or operating inside systems that don’t fit reality, performance breaks down.
She later moved into high-performance sales and Learning & Development, selling multiple millions, leading teams, and facilitating training across complex environments. Alongside this, Tash completed a Bachelor of Business, strengthening the strategic and commercial lens she brings to her work.
Over the last decade, Tash has built multiple six-figure businesses; including two coaching businesses and a creative agency and her work has been featured twice in Mamamia. On paper, her last business was a success. In reality, it demanded constant availability, high emotional labour, and a pace that no longer aligned with the life she was living; especially after becoming a Mother.
As a solo parent, Tash made a conscious decision to build differently.
Today, she works as a Business Designer and Performance Strategist, helping coaches and consultants build income-replacing businesses that work inside real life constraints. Her work focuses on containment over hustle with clear offers, simple systems, intentional sprints, and support structures that respect energy, caregiving, and capacity.
Tash is the creator of Business by Design®, a six-month, sprint-based mastermind that guides clients from inconsistent income to sustainable $10k+ months without burnout. The program is built around the belief that you don’t need to be “on” all the time you need structure, timing, and support.
Her Performance Chain™ Model underpins everything she teaches, recognising a simple truth; results follow behaviour, behaviour follows thoughts and emotions, and those are shaped by inner capacity. When capacity is respected, performance becomes sustainable.
In this phase of life, Tash is building intentionally designing a business that supports long-term wealth, travel, and quality time with her son. Business by Design exists to help other women do the same.
