Having commenced her career in consulting, Annabelle brings a diverse background spanning Local Government, Aged Care, Professional Services, and Not-for-Profit sectors, providing tailored HR support and strategic guidance to meet the unique needs of clients.

Annabelle is known for her calm, solutions focused approach when supporting clients and is equally dedicated to ensuring her clients remain fully compliant with relevant legislation. 

Passionate about fostering safe and supportive work environments, Annabelle excels in assisting organisations address Work Health and Safety challenges, from return to work, to psychosocial risk management, addressing cultural concerns and effectively managing complex Industrial Relations/Employee Relations matters. 

Annabelle is committed to ongoing professional development opportunities, most recently via the Industrial Relations Society of New South Wales Mentoring Program which allowed Annabelle to continue to excel in the field of Industrial Relations. Outside of work, Annabelle is passionate about wellbeing including hiking, yoga and pilates.
