Amanda Trieger

Women’s Holistic Health & Cyclical Leadership Mentor,  B.Nat, of Naturopathic Womancraft

Amanda Trieger is a women’s health practitioner, speaker, and facilitator supporting women to work, lead, and live in alignment with their hormonal and cyclical nature. In a world largely designed around linear productivity and masculine rhythms, Amanda shines a grounded and informed light on what becomes possible when women stop working against their bodies and begin working with them.

As the founder of Naturopathic Womancraft and host of the Cyclical Creatrix Podcast, Amanda works with women, practitioners, and women-led businesses to integrate cyclical practices that support clarity, wellbeing, and sustainable success. Her work openly addresses hormonal imbalance, burnout, and the pressure to perform consistently, offering practical, physiology-informed alternatives grounded in rhythm, seasons, and feminine leadership.

Many of the women Amanda works with are successful on the outside, yet quietly depleted, inflamed, and disconnected from their feminine rhythms in a linear world, unsure why what once worked no longer does.

With over two decades of experience as a Women’s Health Naturopath (B.Nat, SCU, NHAA), Retreat and Rites of Passage Facilitator, Amanda weaves modern science with cyclical and earth-based wisdom. She is known for creating spaces where women feel seen, supported, and empowered to lead in ways that honour their bodies and lives.

Through speaking, workshops, retreats, and community gatherings such as Queen’s Table and Work Like a Woman, Amanda guides women to harness their menstrual cycle, seasons, and life phases as sources of power rather than problems to manage.Amanda also hosts a free online community where women can explore cyclical living, wellbeing, and leadership in a supportive, accessible space.

Her work invites women to plan, live, and thrive in rhythm, not exhaustion.
