Hi, I'm Jess, Founder & Digital Marketing Strategist at Novella Digital.

With over 10 years of experience across digital strategy, SEO, paid media, websites, analytics and marketing technology, I help service-based businesses build the right foundations before they invest in growth.

I started Novella after seeing too many businesses pour money into marketing without the strategy, systems or tracking to support it. My approach is strategy-led and intentionally practical, creating digital ecosystems where every piece of marketing works together, from websites and search visibility to paid advertising, analytics and automation.

I love working with service-based businesses and collaborating with creative partners to simplify the complex, solve marketing challenges and build strategies that are designed to grow with a business over time. Just as importantly, I believe clients should understand what we're implementing, why it matters, and how it contributes to their bigger goals.

Outside of work, you'll usually find me training for my first triathlon (wish me luck!), trying new restaurants with friends, or planning my next adventure.
