Kirra is an Independent Workers Compensation Consultant with over 15 years of experience in the industry.
During her time working for a scheme agent, Kirra identified critical gaps in support for the many people and organisations required to navigate the workers compensation system. Recognising how complex and overwhelming the scheme can be, she was driven to create a better way to support those working within it.
Kirra is passionate about simplifying processes for employers and creating clarity around their obligations and options. With a strong understanding of NSW workers compensation legislation and how it applies in practice across all stages of claims management, she has a natural ability to break down complex information into practical, easy-to-understand guidance.
Kirra now works closely with employers and service providers to help build knowledge, confidence, and capability when navigating the scheme. She is known for her practical, approachable style and her commitment to helping organisations feel more supported and informed when managing workplace injuries.
Outside of work, Kirra enjoys trying new experiences, spending time outdoors, and taking her pooch for walks.
