Lo Croiset
Head of Growth & Community for Happy Valley Home Care
Lauren (Lo) Croiset is a passionate leader in Aged Care, currently serving as Head of Growth and Community at Happy Valley Home Care. With a deep commitment to supporting vulnerable communities, Lauren has helped grow the organisation across states, championing a simple yet powerful mission: to keep the lives of the elderly golden.
As a proud first-generation Indian-Australian, Lauren draws on her rich personal and professional journey to build community-driven solutions in the care sector. Alongside founder Jessie Smith, she has shaped Happy Valley into a successful brokerage organisation, providing vital workforce solutions to Aged Care providers in Melbourne and the Hunter region, with a special focus on Home Care.
Lauren also dedicates her time to causes close to her heart. She is a founding member of NewyCRISP, where she recently helped resettle the group’s first refugee family from Syria. She serves on the board of Mosaic Multicultural Connections, supporting multicultural communities in the Hunter, and mentors young women through the Warrior Woman Foundation.
Based in Newcastle, Lauren is raising two boys with her husband, a French chef. Her life’s journey—filled with resilience, connection, and purpose—continues to shape her mission to give back, uplift others, and grow communities that care.
