Rachel is the Founder of Rise Marketing & Creative, a small digital marketing team dedicated to helping small and medium businesses across Australia with strategy-led, intentional marketing.

Rach started Rise with a simple goal: to create a balanced, fulfilling career that sparked joy, encouraged challenges, and connected her with people from all walks of life. Four years later, she still pinches herself that this is what she gets to do every day.

A self-labelled, behind-the-scenes hype team, Rise comprises a purposely small team of specialists, ensuring every client gets the dedicated attention they deserve. By keeping things personal and immersive, Rach and her team build genuine partnerships with the businesses they work with—taking on only a handful of clients at a time to do just that.

A genuine lover of life, Rach is always looking for her next adventure. She loves meeting new people, having a chat (which, luckily, is a great fit for this industry) and truly finds joy in educating and supporting her clients to not only show up online, but thrive and reach their business goals.
